Hello, i'm using the marketplace connect app to sync items between shopify to my previously existing ebay account. I removed all listings from my eBay account and imported them back using marketplace connect on shopify.

 

However, marketplace connect doesn't seem to be syncing inventory as I keep receiving orders for items that aren't in stock on shopify. When this happens, I get an orange warning saying '1 item may have gone out of stock' but, for example, when this happened this morning - the item had been out of stock for a day.

 

This has happened several times now and has resulted in my seller status on eBay tanking as I have to cancel the orders. Is there any way to fix this?

Hi! Thank you for answering. Where can I find the Sync Settings? When I go to Apps> Marketplace Connect>eBay there are only two sync options for 'Auto-Sync Price and Inventory' and these are both toggled on.

None of my items have SKU numbers, is this the issue?

Hi, where can I find Inventory Sync? When I go to Apps > Marketplace Connect > Settings > eBay the only option for sync that I can see is 'Auto-Sync Price and Inventory'?
