MCF and Products with the same SKUs

This might be more of a question for the Amazon team, but its related to Shopify customers.

We want to use Amazon's MCF connector, it maps by using SKUs, in my Shopify system I have many products with the same SKUs in shopify, I don't need Amazon to fulfill all my orders, just certain ones with the particular products, (as opposed to skus)

Anyone have experience with this?

Any Amazon connection app can map those for you. I would just reach out to them and explain your situation. It's common for Shopify stores to have duplicate skus, or even no sku.
