Membership App with Limited Number of Members

I'm looking for an app that will allow me to:

1. Sell a limited number of memberships
2. Charge recurring payments
3. Open the membership tier back up after a cancellation/lapse
4. Sell the membership on POS
5. Ideally, there is also a way to accept cash/cheque payments.

For context: I work for a charity that offers a limited number of annual sponsorship opportunities. We are currently tracking all of our sponsorships manually, which leaves a lot of room for error with renewals and availability. I'm hoping to find a way to automate the process.

I've considered subscription apps as I can limit the number of available products/sponsorships; however:

1. If the product is not "in stock" at the time of renewal, it will not process the recurring payment.
2. If someone cancels their sponsorship I would have to manually add it back into stock.

I also considered membership apps, but all the ones I've found so far don't seem to give me the option to limit the number of members that can sign up for each tier. I need there to only be a limited number of spaces available.

Does anyone know of a membership app where I can offer limited member spaces and those spaces will become available again after a cancellation?
