Membership with multiple subscription levels and customer portal

I'm wondering if there is already an app built, or what the best app would be for my situation.

Say I will have a store with one product that has a monthly or yearly membership level and allows multiple subscription levels. The customer would be charged by how many "users" they have in the membership, each "user" would be a new subscription. The subscriptions level (cost) would change depending on how many "users" they add. There would need to be a customer portal where users could be added/deleted and roles assigned.

I browsed through the app store but I didn't see anything off the top that would have all of this built-in.

Any ideas or recommendations? Any help is appreciated.
