menu navigation - Smart menu app not working - menu being replaced - Shopify Community

My Smart Menu app was working yesterday and today my menu is completely been replace. How does that happen. There is a navigation for "Accessories" and "Sale" on my navigation that I did not create. Someone has to manually create those menu or is that a default?
