Meta pixel seems active on meta website but not in Facebook and Instagram App

Hello I'm getting the following messages on my fb and instgram app inside my shopify store sales channel dashboard. My meta dashboard shows the pixel as active (from what I can tell). It says up to four weeks but it appears to be active on meta's side. Is there something else I'm waiting on? 

"Syncing additional info

You’ll be able to start selling once the sync is complete."
