Mitarbeiter Einsicht - Bestellung nur bestimmter Produkte

Hallo, Ich möchte zukünftig mit einem Produzenten zusammenarbeiten der eine "Erfolgsprovision" vom Netto Verkaufspreis der verkauften gemeinsam Produzierten Produkte bekommt. Ist es möglich dem Unternehmen einen Zugang zu gewähren, in dem er Ausschließlich nur die Verkauften Produkte/ Bestellungen der gemeinsamen Kollektion sieht ? Ich möchte nicht dass eine externe Person Einsicht über die gesamten Bestellungen hat ! Ich bitte dringlich um Hilfe.

@Marie0507 – im Dashboard von Shopify ist das nicht möglich. Mir fallen vier Wege ein, das zu realisieren:

1. Du exportierst die Orders manuell und baust Dir mit dem Spreadsheet-Programm deiner Wahl (oder lässt Dir sowas mit einem anderen Tool programmieren) eine Auswertung, die das ausgibt, was du benötigst. Das würd halt immer wieder manuell gemacht werden müssen. Man könnte diese Daten aufbereiten, auswerten und dann entweder übermitteln oder über ein geschütztes Interface (ausserhalb von Shopify) für den Vertriebspartner darstellen.
2. Matrixify könnte Dir erlauben, diese Daten gleich beim Export rauszubekommen – ab dann siehe 1.
3. Die ordentlichste Variante wäre, eine private App zu bauen (basierend auf sowas z.B.), die Dir diese Daten aus Shopify zieht – und ab dann siehe 1.
4. Möglicherweise könnte man ein Utility Template bauen, mit dem auf einer Shopify-Seite diese Inhalte ausgegeben werden können und dann mit einer App wie Locksmith den Zugriff darauf entsprechend für Deinen Vertriebspartner einschränkt. Allerdings wüsste ich aktuell nicht, wie der beste Weg aussehe, um die Orders aus dem Page-Kontext raus abzufragen. Ich nehme an, dass diese Variante eher theoretischer Natur ist.

This is indeed an interesting task to achieve.
A way to do this with our app would be to create an automated export in Matrixify to a public URL that will just download the newest file with only the order you need. So that you can share that specific URL with the company and they can open the URL to always download the newest file with all data.

First, go into Matrixify app settings and enable the option `Allow downloading your files by external services.`
Select to export Orders with details you need.
You can first make an export with all columns/fields manually to see what field is what and then once you set up automated export select only data you need in the export.
Then click on the `Filters` button under Orders where you can apply filters by product fields such as Product Handle or SKU, so that export will only contain Orders that have line items with, e.g. specific SKUs.
In the export options, select options:

• `Repeat every:` for example, every 1 hour.
• Apply option `Custom File Name` so that the filename is the same for each export, thus exported file link is the same.

For example like this:

Start the export and once it finishes copy the export link from the `Download Exported File` button.
Send that link to the company, and now each hour the export will start, and once finishes, the link will download the newest export with that file name.
