More Options and Variants that works with Pick Up and Delivery Apps

I run a bbq restaurant and the 3 option sets have hindered me way to long. 

I use a 3rd party Local delivery app made by LogBase and it does exactly what I need it to do. I have tried others like Zapiet but didn't do exactly what I needed it to. Plus the guys at LogBase are amazing in customer service. 

However I have pounded my head on a wall for days trying to find an app that allows me to have more options on my products that actually works with a delivery app.  Apparently the way they send the options to the check out breaks the check out process.

Anyone have these 2 functions working and with what apps?
