Moving from Online Store App to Buy Button App

Hello Experts...

We started our store with the online store functionality and a custom domain and all was working ok.  We recently made the decision to move to wordpress for some site functionality and support reasons.  We've enabled the buy button on collections and had to do some work around how variants do and don't populate which has been completed and you'll see here.   https://www.ripvalley.com/rip-valley-live-breaks/

What's not working is I'm getting some 404 errors on certain places during checkout/login etc.  

What I'm wondering is if I have to uninstall the online store app because it is trying to direct transactions there since it thinks the online store is still active.
