Hi. Is there any free app that allows me to change the image in the product variant without paying extra? Thanks.

Check this reference site and let me know if you are looking for something like this. Check collection and product page with image swatches and on selecting a variant it displays only image of the selected variant.

For uploading variant and product images in bulk, you can use CS - Smart Bulk Image Upload app . It matches your images and related variants and products and bulk uploads thousands of images in a short time. While it's uploading your product images you can handle your other duties, since you will be able to go live new products earlier you will be able to sell & earn earlier as well 🙂

And for displaying multiple & related variant images on your storefront, you can use Rubik Variant Images as well.. The app integrates with your store theme and allows you to show only variant-related images when customers select a variant. So they don't see red shoes once they select green one 🙂 Accordingly, your conversions will increase since they will see only the images that they want to see, and also return rate will decrease. Wrong and missing variant images cause %22 of returns 😞
