Multiple Inventory Locations

Hello, 

I have a website that I'm creating at the moment for a protein brand that plans to sell their products online - but this is NOT the focus.

The focus is to have distributors that have stock, and the website just directs people to their stores.

So customer can purchase the products online, and collect from a store - or have it delivered but pay delivery.

We need a solution that will scale - so ideally up to 250 stores over time, but starting off with 5-25 to start.

User should be able to put their address in, and the closest distributor with stock in will be listed.

We do not even need to have stock managed, as we do not care if there is stock there or not, as it will encourage the distributor to get more stock!

How can this be done? Shopify is saying $2,300 for 100 locations.. This is ludicrous. !

Is there an app that allows for this ? I do NOT want a google maps page with all the distributor details on - site just needs to be super simple!

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
