My Gift Card & Product Pictures Are Stretched So Big

Hi! I need help getting my images on my products & my gift card down to a normal size. I have the Boundless Theme, and when we click on our products the picture takes up the entire webpage & is extremely blurry.  I need it shrunk way down, and would like for the picture to be on the side of the description & Add to Cart button rather than on top! Please help!
