My Merchant facing Issues when app is embedd

Hi Shopify Team,

Greetings of the day!!
I Provide an app to the Shopify Merchant to correct their store schema. Recently I embedded the app on Shopify but since this is being done, My merchants are facing issues like they are not able to connect with the embedded app on Shopify.

So for a time now we are asking them to uninstall and re-install the app again but we are not able to identify the reason for the same and because of this we are losing on the merchants. 

Can you help us with this?
