App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
Hi,
I reached out to Spocket's support team (regarding this issue), but then they directed me to Shopify's support and asked me to ask you if you could perform a re-sync from my store's backend...
Here's a synopsis of the issue:
The spocket dashboard has a list of all the products that we pushed out to the Spocket Admin side (Products). When they have a supplier that gets 'offboarded', normally the product automatically gets removed from both the storefront, and from the Admin side. However, I started noticing that the sync was partially broken. Spocket was able to remove them from our storefront (frontend UI that the customer sees), but it didn't remove them from the Shopify admin side (showing active under products). Therefore, after extensive back and forth with their support team, they asked me to reach out to you and ask you to re-sync my store's backend.
Please advise...

Hi geopap44,
John here from Spocket Support. That is true. A resync may need to be done to resolve that issue since it is already on Shopify end.
We however recommend that you reach out to their support directly via their live chat or email. https://help.shopify.com/en/questions#/contact
Please feel free to update us as well via support@spocket.co so we can also monitor your concern.
Hope it gets fixed soon!
