My store is unavaible when installing app

I created a store and when I installed the app and added my credit card info and click on approve, then it shows the store in currently unavailable. How can I resolve this?

Hi,

Did you read the documentation of the app ? May be it is because of an app bug.

backend is working or not? If yes then deactivate the app... you need to connect with app support , they will guide you.

We highly recommend you to uninstall the app to see if it brings your site back. If yes, then the problem comes from the app and you can contact app providers to solve it. If no, then please contact Shopify live chat here for more support.
