Need a simple and unexpensive solution for product submission by user

I want a user with a product to be able to submit his product to my data base so that I can adit it and then add to my marketplace or just download an excel file to import it to my website. I don't wnat a user to be able to submit his product without moderation.

Will be very greatful for any suggestions.

We (Nautical) might be able to help you with that. It sounds like, if I understood that correctly, you want people to submit their products on your Shopify and for them to sell on your marketplace, BUT you don't want the seller to change things without your permission. If I got that right, we'll be able to help.
