Need advice on creating a product as a gift code for Christmas?

good morning everyone. I would need advice. Christmas is approaching and I need an app that allows you to create a product "as a code", so that once it is "given" by the customer to a friend, it can be inserted in the shop "and become a product".
In this way the friend can proceed to "get the product" (naturally at 0 cost) from our shop

because, since the product being given is a training program, I need "not just a discount to be given", but precisely that training program chosen by the paying customer

and would you like a unique code for each customer, or can it be a generic code same for every customer? Should the customer be able to get just the gift without the condition of buying anything else?
