Need advice on updating payment gateway API in Django?

Dear,

I have some apps for payment gateway on shopify made in Django (python) and it's already build and there are some stores using it well. I have checked the shopify documentation and I noticed that there is a warning talking about a deprecation in legacy hosted payment SDK, and advising to update the API's we use. (Payments apps overview (shopify.dev))

I just wanted to be sure if I'm supposed to change anything inside my Payment gateway Code, and what exactly I'm supposed to change. Could you help me?
