Need an App Suggestion for a specific B2B requirement

So I have a store it's a manufacturing company, and we even sell to customers directly.

I want to provide accounts for our B2B partners from which the B2B Partners can get an automatic discount on the entire store (custom prices on certain products etc).

The 2nd feature is the shipping price, the price would need to be manipulated to have different base price for each partner (since some partner might be overseas and some are very close by) and the price would have to be further manipulated based on the order size.

Is there an app that already does this, that I can use to leverage? I've tried looking in the market place but was unable to find an app to execute this. Or is there a way to execute this through Shopifys existing Features?

I'm on Shopify Advance Plan so I'm not too sure about shopify inbuilt B2B feature as thats on the PLUS plan I believe.
