Product Reviews & Affiliate Links

Is there an app or company that does both of these well? Also, I want one with zero ties to China, Russia or any other country that might want to screw with my data.

I notice that Shopify's Product Reviews app seems to be not working for anyone over the past couple of months, based on their user reviews.
