Need app recommendations for collection merchandising based on visitors - new vs returning.

Hey everyone,

Looking for some recommendations or ideas for tailoring the product orders on collection pages to new & returning visitors.

For example, a new visitor browsing the Women's Tops collection might convert better with best selling products listed at the top, and conversely a return visitor might want to see new arrivals products up top. 

I see more focus on tailoring content on homepages or landing pages from the apps I am finding, but would like to focus just on the product ordering on collection pages first.

Hi @barrymelrose - I used to work directly on these merchandising / sorting topics for large ecommerce brands.  We tried different sorts for new vs returning guests, but, ultimately just putting the best products in front of both segments always won out.  Happy to chat through it if this is still a topic you're exploring.  

Product sorting on collection pages can be **very** impactful if done well
