Need app suggestions for drop servicing design products?

Hello guys, I need help to complete my store. I'm building a design agency and I need an app that after checkout, the user is either redirected to a new project page, where they can find the information they entered regarding the service they want. After we complete the order, we must upload the file and it should appear in that page, the user should receive an email and download the file. The other option is chat system like the one in fiverr or upwork, with file uploads and everything, the messages should be saved. I'm trying to implement this, or find an app that does that, but unsuccessfully for now. I'm not sure which of the options is more appropriate for the store. I could try to implement this if I can't find an app that works. Thank you in advance for your help.
