Need app to create POs to re-order up to a specified amount

We used to have functionality in another POS to create POs to automatically re-stock items up to a specified inventory number and we're looking for something similar to use with Shopify.

Example:

Set Widget want level to 10 with vendor Acme

Create a PO for Acme and auto-generate PO.  System sees that we have 4 Widgets available and re-orders 6.

I don't think there's any API access to the shopify purchase orders, so I'm not sure this would be possible.
