Need help with conditional options and product image update

Hello,

I would like to find an app that provides conditional options for my print/framed print store. Example, if someone selects an extra large size that I only offer prints (not framed) for then the frame options disappear or are disabled. I also want the product image to update based on what is selected (like displaying the Shopify variant image). 

Does anyone know of a good solution for this? I have seen some apps but none that do the conditional piece and update the product image too.

Managing the conditional piece can be easily achieved using the Easify Product Options app, which offers both a free plan and a free trial.

Here's how you can set it up:

1. Create a custom option set that includes the following options:

   • Size: Extra large, Large, Small, Medium
   • Frame: Frame 1, Frame 2, Frame 3

2. Apply a conditional logic rule to the Frame option. The rule should state that the Frame option will only be shown if customers select one of the following sizes: Large, Medium, or Small. Otherwise, if customers haven't selected any size or have chosen the Extra large size, the Frame option will be hidden.

By configuring the conditional logic in this way, the Frame option will dynamically appear or be hidden based on the customer's size selection.

Here's a quick demonstration of how you can use the app to configure it:

Regarding your second requirement, "I also want the product image to update based on what is selected," could you please clarify whether the product image refers to the images available as options for customers to choose from, or the image that customers upload?

Hello @cgramly , Have you got the solution? As you want to apply conditional options on your product then you can try the Inkybay app.

The Inkybay app offers the “Product Options” feature. With this feature, you can add as many options as you want. You can apply the conditional options as well. For example, if your customer chooses an extra large size, they’ll get to see particular options like prints or frames. You can display those options in drop-down, radio, swatch, and check box. For the swatch images, it’ll also preview on the product page.
