[Need Pro Advice!] Start Up Online Shop's Best Plugins Assemblage

Hi folks!

I am currently setting up a start-up project with my team.

Currently, we are still hesitating between Shopify and Swell.is for a monthly product business (I'm getting there). I'm currently focused on Shopify - after studying the benefits of Swell.is.

I will first briefly introduce the concept of our system and then ask my question to shed light on the situation.

• Situation:
  - We want to set up an online store via Shopify or Swell.is
  - We plan to sell a single product monthly (but with content that varies each month - a sort of "mystery box").
  - For this, we need the best subscription management and referral system plugins.
  - That's all.

• Questions:
  1 - What are drastically the advantages of Shopify over Swell.is?
  2 - Starting from the idea of using Shopify: I imagined using Smile.io for the referral system. But it is not a subscription system... Smile.io advise to use ReCharge, but it is not yet up to date with the new stores...
  So, which subscription plugin do you recommend to join Smile.io? Yotpo? Any other?
  4 - In relation to our business concept, what do you think is the winner (set of plugins) to integrate?
