Need suggestions for a bundle type app with tiered pricing and discount stacking?

Hey everyone! After looking through so many shopify apps and not finding anything that meets our requirements - I'm turning to you for some help!

We are needing a bundle type app that:
1) is compatible with ShipStation
2) allows for discounts to stack / use of discounts on top of the bundle discount
3) offered a "build your own bundle" feature
4) that ALSO has tiered pricing

So for example:
Buy 3 candles (in which they can choose the specific candle the want) and save $9
Buy 6 candles and save $24
Buy 12 candles and save $60

What we've tried already:
Fast Bundle
Bundle Builder
Bundles app (pickystory - had the functionality but was glitchy and didn't look good)

I've read through the app store - but can't find any that actually meet out requirements!

Any suggestions?

We've also been trying to find the right bundle app for us and have had to rule out quite a few due to limited functionality.  Currently looking at Selly but not sure if it's going to work for everything we need so interested in any replies you get.

There are 2 different types of bundle apps.

One type is creating custom pages in your theme and letting your buyers select different items as part of a bundle before check out. These are then added as individual order lines so the user can edit the cart and you would need to set up discounts for these bundles.

Other type is creating a virtual item (normal single product) that states it contains a certain set of components. The way our bundle app works is you create a normal product and describe it with what it contains or set up options to add different components to it. Therefore, the usual discounts are compatible as you set a specific price for the bundle.

Tiered pricing is a wholesale features so take a look at some wholesale apps. With our app you could set up options of different quantities and have preset selections for those quantities. 

ShipStation is something our app is compatible with as we split a bundle SKU into its components so when you process you have the correct order lines for order fulfilment.

There are different pros and cons with both options so you may not be able to get all the features you are after with one type.
