Need suggestions for an apparel customization app for an esports brand?

Hello, Not sure if there is an app that can do it or if I need to get this custom made. However, I would like to have the option to allow customers to custom make their apparel through an editor and then send it to us so we can add it to their store that will be located on our website. 

We are creating an esports brand, but we manufacturer everything in house so no middle man. We would like the site to be like a https://printify.com/ site. Any suggestions?
