Need to know which app?

I want to know which app for user to write the wish or message and later the writing will appear on the page. Please help I try POWR app but it only give user to write the message but the writing will not be appear on the page according to them. Maybe the feature not available yet. Please help, thanks.

something like wishes for holiday season and the wishes write and create by the user itself.
