Need to remove references to free shipping

Hi all, 
I need to move away from free shipping on my site but I cannot find a way to remove two things and I cannot remember how I added them...

The first is the pop up that appears after X seconds to give a discount (pic1) 

The second is a "Free Shipping Included 😍" underneath the price on the product page (pic2)

I have also added my apps (pic3)

Any help would be appreciated.

By looking at your list of apps, the newsletter popup could be coming from the Hextom: Ultimate Sales Boost app so we'd recommend starting there. However, as some themes can also come with a popup function, we'd also recommend taking a look at your theme editor. 

As for the free shipping message on the product pages, this could also be coming from the Hextom: Ultimate Sales Boost app. However, this can also be custom coded into your theme, so we'd also recommend taking a look at the templates for the product pages of your theme. 

If you're unable to locate where to make these two changes on your store, then it looks like we'll need to access your account in order to resolve these issues.
