Needing App to Build Custom Products. Use on Shopify site also on Apple/Android (please read all)

Hello I own an ecommerce store with a shopfiy site and I am looking to have someone develop an app for me that will allow customers to build custom products. The products to design will have 12 options to use up to 3 options at once. This equals around 300 combinations. My company will supply the photos need all of the backwork done. I have designed a "rough draft" of what I want the app to look like and can show that to the qualified or interested party.

App Description & Details:

- Need this app to be able to be used on our shopify site as well as on the app stores of apple/android products.

- App needs to have minimum of 3 different "levels" of usage. 1 time code to access it, monthly access codes and then a potential "lease" type level to lease the app to companies that want to use it.

- app must be able to be expanded at any time.

This is a small list of details that I have. I can send more information when needed if this is something you or your company is capable of handling. I will need to see some sort of positive reviews and/or past work to ensure that we are a great fit.
