New application for my business - how to find a developer?

Dear Shopify Community, 

We need a developer, or developers to help us build our application, which partially connects to our Shopify store.

My company would like to provide a new service, which is a purely digital and basically our current one-to-one service made available for everyone. For this, we need an application which has as its core functionality an interactive quiz (which I know already exist in the app world of Shopify) but has quite specific needs in how the quiz is built, i.e. with possibility to embed videos as intermediate steps, as well as the products that are recommended to be added as a draft order that also queries metafields of that product. Without boring you with details, we need an application, first for web but ideally also the possibility for it to be a mobile app, and after having done lots of research, I think it needs to be build from scratch rather than using already existing apps.

Now the problem is, my time is limited and so is my technical knowledge, so I need to hire someone to implement this project. We do need the whole frontend of that page, as well as the software which I assume needs to connect to a database for that quiz to save answers and questions. Also, we do need the UI to be easy to use for building the quiz as well, as it likely often has to change, so the administrator view also needs to be build out nicely. I already have quite specific requirements and user stories written down, but don't quite know where to find someone to build this for me - that also knows about Shopify as we want to use the accounts as well for that and have the quiz embedded once someone is logged in, as well as use the product database to get metafields from there. 

I am hoping that someone here could lead me to whom I could contact (we are based in London and Austria) to work with, or perhaps I could find a developer here in the community? We would want this project to start as soon as possible. 🙂
