New Shopify App install page - button does not work?

When I try to install an app I get a screen that shows this with an install button under it. However when i press the install button it just refreshes the page and shows this to me again. I cannot install apps.

This has happened on Edge, Firefox, and Chrome.

Any ideas what is going on?
