New update messed up the order of variants in POS and bulk edit on Web app

Since the recent update whenever I search for a variant in the POS I first find the product that contains the variant -> I tap on it -> and instead of showing me all the variants in alphabetical order it shows them based on how recently I've sold them.

I have a product with 50 variants and it's so time consuming to be searching for the exact variant this way. Can Shopify at least make it an option to order variants alphabetically?

Also, on the web app when I bulk edit variants for a product, I can't see the name of the variants if the title of the product is long. I can't even resize the column with the variants so I can see which exact one I'm editing. This is very frustrating. How can I urge developers to fix this issue?
