Hello all! I am not sure if the question is for this section so if you decide move it in the correct section.
I set up an online store with the Facebook messenger as a chat option. Sadly I received the messages only in the Shopify inbox but not in my Facebook page inbox.
Can someone help me to fix that? Does anybody know why is that?
