Hi @Oajeboda,

I’m Theodore White from PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder App. From my CRO expertise, I’d love to give you my suggestions as hereby:

1. Reduce the number of announcement bars

It's great when you have 3 announcement bars to welcome all visitors and inform them of the free shipping campaign and the discount of 15% OFF. However, I would like to suggest you make them slide as a slideshow to make sure that the customers will not be overwhelmed with too much information when first landing on your page.

2. Reorder the navigation bar

As you can see in the screenshot below, the navigation buttons inside the header should be well-aligned to make your store outlook more professional.

Also, please make the header sticky because it will help customers navigate from every part of the homepage to any page of your store more conveniently.

3. Use images of the same size

As you can see, some images are bigger than others and they are mixed with the videos, which are not quite easy to absorb for your customers.

To fix this, I think you should display the images - of the same size - first, then the videos.

4. Product information

There are 2 things you might want to improve in this part:

- Title of the product: It should be smaller

- Variants: On small screen devices, customers will have to scroll down back to the variants part every time they want to change the variants. This is not convenient so I'd highly recommend you recheck this one.

5. Increase spacing among sections

This would make the content more readable.

And that's my feedback! Hope it helps you boost the conversion rate.

Cheers!

Hello @Oajeboda,

This is Gina from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $6Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.

When it comes to improving your website's performance and optimizing your targeting strategy, there are several aspects to consider.

To begin with, focus on optimizing your website design and improving user experience. Start by ensuring that your website has a clean, professional, and visually appealing design that aligns with your brand. Use high-quality product images and compelling product descriptions to showcase your offerings effectively. Make sure your website is easy to navigate with clear and intuitive menus, making it simple for visitors to find what they're looking for.

Additionally, pay attention to the overall loading speed of your website. Slow-loading pages can deter visitors and lead to higher bounce rates. Optimize your images, minimize the use of unnecessary plugins, and streamline the code to enhance page load times. A faster website will provide a better user experience and increase the likelihood of visitors engaging with your content, adding items to their carts, and proceeding to checkout.

Another crucial aspect is to focus on mobile responsiveness. As a significant portion of internet traffic comes from mobile devices, it's imperative that your website is optimized for mobile users. Ensure that your site is mobile-friendly, with responsive design elements, easy-to-read text, and clear call-to-action buttons. Conduct thorough testing on various mobile devices to ensure a seamless browsing experience for your mobile visitors.

Moving on to your targeting strategy, it's important to ensure that you are effectively reaching your target audience. Analyze your current marketing efforts and consider refining your audience targeting parameters. Use Shopify's analytics and reporting tools to gain insights into visitor behavior, demographics, and preferences. This information will help you tailor your marketing campaigns and product offerings to better resonate with your audience.

Consider leveraging social media platforms and paid advertising to reach your target audience effectively. Create engaging and relevant content that showcases your products, and use targeted advertising campaigns to reach potential customers who match your ideal customer profile. Experiment with different ad formats, platforms, and targeting options to optimize your advertising efforts and maximize your return on investment.

Furthermore, consider implementing customer reviews and testimonials on your website. Positive reviews and social proof can significantly influence visitors' purchasing decisions, instilling trust and confidence in your products. Encourage customers to leave reviews after making a purchase, and prominently display them on your product pages to increase credibility and drive conversions.

Lastly, focus on providing exceptional customer service. Make it easy for customers to contact you with any questions or concerns they may have. Promptly respond to inquiries and provide helpful and personalized assistance. A positive customer experience can lead to repeat purchases and referrals, contributing to the growth and success of your business.

By addressing these aspects of website design, user experience, and targeting strategy, you can enhance visitor engagement, increase add to carts, and improve checkouts for your Shopify store. Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of your website and marketing campaigns, and make adjustments based on the data and feedback received. Continuous optimization and refinement will help you achieve better results over time.
