Not receiving csv file via email

I have installed the Shopify Email app, and wish to delete the following apps that were installed on my older website:
 
Mailchimp
Seguno Email
Omnisend Email Marketing
 
Before I do this, I want to ensure I do not lose my subscribers, so I have downloaded a segmented customer list of 'subscribers' (only 140). This was hours ago and I have not yet received an email with the csv file. I have looked on your Shopify Support pages and note this has also been a problem for other users.
 
Can you please guide me to why I am not receiving these emails? I am on a 'paused' plan at the moment, could this be the reason? Or the fact that I currently have 4 email apps installed?
 
Alternatively, is there another way to collect this information by bypassing the email? Thank you.

This is an accepted solution.

As long as they're listed in the "customers" section of the Shopify admin (ex. Login to the admin > click into "customers" from the left-hand menu), then deleting any apps won't effect the customers listed there.

If you check the Shopify Status page (https://www.shopifystatus.com/) there are no known issues currently, so there shouldn't be any issues with the exports being sent. 

 

You'd want to double-check the email address that the exports are being sent to, as they're likely going to a different email address than the one you're checking. They should be going to the email address that you use to sign in to the Shopify admin. Alternatively, you can check the email you have listed in the store's "General" settings. 

 

Otherwise, you should check your junk/spam folder, in case they ended up there. 

 

On a side note -- deleting any apps from your store shouldn't erase any of the customer data within the "customers" section of the Shopify admin.

Thank you so much for your reply, however I did check all of this. I suppose my main question would be, if I delete Mailchimp and Omnisend, will I still have access to my email subscribers? I can see they are also listed in the Seguno Email app.
