Not Receiving Fulfillment Order Notifications with Fulfillment Service App

Hi There,

I just created a Fulfillment Service App according to the docs. The OAuth flow is successful, yet I do not receive any notifications from the shop with the App installed. 

Is there anything I am missing on the shop-side?
