Not syncing stock with eBay, pulling through orders correctly.

Hello, I’ve got my eBay linked to shopify using marketplace connect.

All the listing are linked to my shopify products. And it’s correctly pulling orders through.

However, when receive a order on eBay it reduces the stock on my shopify inventory but it doesn’t reduce it on eBay.

any help?

If I want the stock to managed by the shopify inventory, under marketplace connect listings should the quantity operator be stock level because currently it’s fixed and quantity?

Hello, yes all the listings are already matched.

so for example I just got a order on eBay that took the stock from 24 to 22. On shopifys inventory it shows 24 on hand and 22 available. And then I go onto marketplace connect as it shows 24 in stock. So I’ve had to go onto marketplace connect and change it myself to 22.

JoyV here from Shopify Marketplace Connect support. By default, the app should be able to sync your Shopify inventory to eBay automatically as long as the inventory sync is enabled on the app and your products' quantity operator is set to Web Quantity or Stock Level.
