Oberlo saying my store is inactive, but shopify says its active??

Hello I'm trying to get my shop running I have downloaded the oberlo app through shopify but when logging into oberlo it says my shop is inactive. How can that be possible when I pay monthly & see no indications of inactivity when I log into shopify? This is very inconvenient and I'm having troubles finding the solution to this problem. I would like any help or input with this as soon as possible.

Thanks for your message, I would be happy to offer you some assistance with this. Do you have multiple Shopify stores? If so, is it possible your Oberlo account is connected to the wrong Shopify store? Another thought, are you logging in through Shopify directly to access Oberlo? Otherwise, I would try local troubleshooting issues like clearing your browser history/cookies and cache and make sure you are on Google Chrome and not on a mobile device.
