Offering Multiple BOGO options

I've been searching apps till my eyes are bleeding and can't quite find what I'm looking for - Hoping for a a great, clean  solution for this simple option.

For selected products,

Offer shoppers to select from 3 buying options:

Buy 1

Buy 2, Get 1 Free  "Save $X""

Buy 3, Get 2 Free "Save $X" 

This could be on the product level or in the cart. 

Recommendations on how to do this?
