One Style wit 10 colors and 16 sizes. Someone HELP! Variant apps are not offering a solution!

I have a Shirt in our line that has 10 colors and 16 sizes in each color (160 variations—way more than Shopify allows).

I have researched so many apps and even paid people to install them, but NONE of them will allow me to manage inventory.

If a size is out of stock in a certain color, I have to be able to take it out of stock. 

Please, someone, help! I am 75% done with my website, and this came up, which might be a Shopify dealbreaker.

What do you think about dividing your Shirt product into separate products based on its color? Then, we can find a way to create cross-links among them, for example, utilizing the exclusive Option URL feature in the Easify Product Options app. On the product page, the cross-link will appear like regular Shopify variants, but it's actually switching among different products. Here's an example 🤗:

This is how I have it now. 10 different products. I am trying to eliminate that as it causes confusion for our customers. Thank you for the suggestion though. 🙂

Wait...the more I look at this....are you saying that I would create 10 different products, but when someone clicks on 1 of the colors..that all colors will show up as an option and it will be seamless and the customer would not know?

You can have just 1 product visible in your collection while still showcasing other products as options for the main one. Additionally, you can hide these other products not only from the collection but also from search results by utilizing the seo.hidden metafield.

WOW, ok, then this might work. Can I pay you to help me do this? Or even a quick consult to see how this works. I am really at a stopping point with my website until I fix this.

The best solution to overcome this variant limitation is creating different product for all variations and connect them with custom codes.

Request you to refer the below video how it will work without using any APP.

This will not help in overcome the variant issue but also help in SEO as you will able to put different title and description for every product.
