Are you still experiencing this issue? There could be any number of reasons for why you're receiving that error. Does this occur on other payment methods or just PayHere?
You could try refreshing your browser as per this help document or try using a different one to see if the problem persists, as your cache and cookies might be interfering with the store functionality.
We have a help doc for Basic troubleshooting for third party gateways you can also refer to. However, due to the error message you are receiving, you will likely need to follow the third option of contacting the gateway directly. As this gateway is a third party, we are unable to support any technical issues that incur. Due to this, contacting them directly is the best way to get a technical issue resolved as quickly as possible.
