order confirmation through SMS replay

hello support i  have a store in which i want to add an SMS app but the scenario is if some one place an order on website he would receive an SMS that if he want to confirm the order type "1" on SMS reply then shopify will automatically change to status of order to confirm/fulfilled than order is confirmed

it is possible through any app if yes then please share the procedure or recommend any other app.

I advise you to reach out to an SMS service company such as VertexSMS and see what sort of a solution they can offer for you. It might be a bit tricky to get exactly what you want but as they have established themselves in the SMS world, I hope they will be able to suggest something that will work.
