Order Printer App - VAT Receipt and Packing Slip templates

Does anyone have any recommendations for where we could buy a couple of off-the-shelf templates for the Shopify Order Printer app? Specifically we're looking for:

- VAT Receipt

- Packing Slip

I'm looking for templates for the Order Printer app rather than installation of another app. I did have a search around on the web but couldn't find anywhere that seemed to have these specific templates.

Happy to help. It sounds like you are looking for pre-made templates (code) that you can copy into your store and utilize? 

I'm confident one of our Shopify experts would be able to accomplish this at a reasonable price.
