Order sync across multiple Shopify stores

Hi all!

I am setting up a Shopify store that will retail a variety of products from different brands. I'm partnering with brands directly (e.g., negotiating agreements, rates) and brands have agreed to drop-ship products from orders direct to the consumers who order via my Shopify website.

My question is this: is there a Shopify app out there that can help integrate / sync order information FROM our Shopify store TO the back-end of these partner brands' Shopify stores (just as though an order was placed on their own website) so they can take it from there + fulfill orders?

To illustrate:

Order #	Product	Brand name	DESIRED ACTION
0001	Product M	BRAND 1	We want to send this order info to the Shopify store for BRAND 1
0002	Product B	BRAND 2	We want to send this order info to the Shopify store for BRAND 2
0003	Product X	BRAND 1	We want to send this order info to the Shopify store for BRAND 1
0004	Product A	BRAND 3	We want to send this order info to the Shopify store for BRAND 3
