I ordered products worth sixteen thousand from sourav kurtas my shopify on 25th june 2023, but didn't received any order details. The site is showing unavailable. Is this some kind of fraud? When will i receive my order? Or else will take serious against shopify for stealing money from accounts.

I'd like to clarify that Shopify is an ecommerce platform that many businesses use to create and manage their online store. We don't run the businesses themselves, which means that we don't deal with the business' daily operations on our end. Because of this, typically buyers will need to speak with the store directly for any issues regarding their order.
 
In saying this, I can understand how unexpected it is for the store you ordered from to no longer be available. It's definitely disappointing to see, though as per our Privacy Policy, Shopify cannot confirm or deny if a store is utlizing our platform. If you believe that the store is acting in bad faith and against our Acceptable Use Policy, however, then buyers are welcome to report the store via our Help Center here. Once we receive the report, the appropriate internal team will investigate the store and take any actions, where necessary.
 
Due to security and privacy reasons, our team can't provide buyers with the outcome of our investigation. So if you're looking for a solution to potentially help with your funds, the best way forward is to contact your bank or card provider. This is because most banks have built-in security measures to protect you as a buyer, and they will be able to provide you with the appropriate next steps. More information about this can be found in this guide.

I had also purchased some products saurav kurtas my shopify. The website is not working. And some time back I saw their advertisement on Youtube channel.

If you haven't received the order on your end and have exhausted all attempts to contact the seller with no response, you can go ahead and contact your bank or card provider as your next step. As mentioned in my earlier reply, your bank should have protection for you as a buyer and may be able to help recover your funds from the purchase.

 

As for their advertisement on YouTube, if you believe that the seller is violating YouTube's policies, you can report the content by following the instructions here.
