Our API will not be available from the 5th of this month. This API is mainly used to import orders into our ERP system. We have updated the version as requested but it still doesn't work.

1. Our api interface suddenly became unusable in early January. The reason was that the obsolete version 2023-01 was not updated in time. Now it has been switched to version 2023-07, but the interface is still unavailable. Please help to find out the reason.
2. We have re-created an application to call the API interface, but the new application cannot be used.
