Pay a Shopify account through a sales channelare the app

Hi,

We are the author of a Shopify sales channel and we receive some sales for merchant in another payment provider.

Can we credit the Shopify account with the sales made through our payment provider? Maybe with an API?

@edweis hey! Can you describe the complete flow of payment against a checkout using APIs? We are also planning to develop a sales channel but are stuck at understanding the payment part. Could you pl share a flow and the APIs involved? thanks
