Payment apps mutual tls certificate issuer error

I'm using AWS API gateway with mutual tls. Added Shopify CA certificate to the S3 bucket and when I receive the request from Shopify the API gateway shows an error: "Access denied. Reason: Could not find issuer for certificate". The certificate is in PEM format.

Are there intermediary certificates that I should add?
