Payment Hold for Influencers

Hi there!
I have a question:
I am working with influencers who receive free-of-charge products, and in return, they send us images and videos.

The problem is that sometimes the influencer receives the product and they don't send back the content.
Is there a Shopify plugin to charge a credit card and put the payment on hold until the influencer sends the content back and then realizes the payment?
